We reserve the right to refuse service if your project doesn't meet safety standards or if site conditions make the work unsafe or impractical. Your safety and the quality of our work are our top priorities.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes we provide are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may change if we discover additional work is needed once we start your project. We'll always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date we provide them. After that, we may need to adjust pricing based on material costs and scheduling.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

If you don't pay according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property and pursue legal action to collect payment.

Project Timeline

We'll give you an estimated timeline for your project, but weather, material delivery, and other factors outside our control may cause delays. We'll keep you updated if the schedule needs to change.

Concrete needs time to cure properly, which means you can't use the surface right away. We'll give you specific instructions on when you can walk or drive on your new concrete.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for making sure we have clear access to the work area and that all necessary permits are obtained (unless we've agreed to handle permits). You also need to mark any underground utilities before we start digging.

Keep children and pets away from the work area for their safety. If you have specific concerns or requests, let us know before we start the project.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty. However, concrete is a natural material that can develop minor cracks over time due to settling, temperature changes, and other factors. Small hairline cracks are normal and not covered under warranty.

Your warranty doesn't cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, acts of nature, or failure to follow our maintenance instructions. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your project contract.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel your project, let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has already begun. We'll work with you to find a fair solution.

Changes to the project scope after work has started may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. We'll provide you with a revised quote before proceeding with any changes.

Liability

We carry proper insurance to protect both you and our team. However, we're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked, or for issues arising from pre-existing conditions we weren't informed about.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services we provided. We're not liable for indirect damages or losses related to your project.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us right away. We want to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Most problems can be solved through open communication.

If we can't resolve a dispute directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
